PickME Plan | Streaming Devices | Step 3

1. Choose your streaming device(s).

Norvado recommends Apple TV 4K or Amazon Fire TV 4K MAX. These streaming devices are WIFI 6 enabled and are most compatible with your Norvado internet.

Note: The PickME Plan includes one (1) Fire TV 4K Max streaming device.

Note: Norvado TV doesn’t work with other streaming devices such as X-Box, PlayStation, or other Television Platforms.

Streaming Device FAQs

Can I use a Smart TV?

Yes, but it has to be a FireTV or Roku TV. Norvado TV doesn’t support Pioneer, Sony, Samsung, LG, or any other Smart TV platform other than Fire or Roku.

Do you recommend using a Smart TV to play Norvado TV?

No, we do not recommend using a Smart TV due to the limited processing speed in most smart TVs.

How many devices do I need?

You need a streaming device on every TV you want to play Norvado TV or any other streaming service you buy with Norvado Streaming Rewards or on your own.

2. Create an account with the device platform or use an existing device platform account.

Using an Existing Account

  • Make sure you have the username and password

  • Navigate to Installing Device to TV

Creating a New Account

In these examples we use a desktop to navigate to platform URL.

Roku – https://my.roku.com

1. Click Sign In

2. Click Create an Account

3. Enter email & create a password

4. Add a credit card for additional purchases (i.e. Movies)

Amazon Fire – www.amazon.com

1. Click Create your Amazon Account under sign in options.

2. Enter your name and email address.

3. Create a password. Click Continue.

4. Add your credit card for additional purchases.

Apple TV – https://appleid.apple.com

1. Create your Apple ID

2. Enter your First Name, Last Name, Country, Birthday, and email address.

3. Create a password.

4. Verify your new Apple ID with a text or email and enter the code when prompted.

3. Connecting your streaming device to your TV

1. Plug your device into a power source

2. Plug your device into an HDMI source on the back of your TV

3. Enter your account information for device platform (i.e email & password).

4. Downloading Norvado Television

  1. Press the home button on your device.

  2. Arrow to Search Channels. Press OK.

  3. Use the arrow buttons to type in Norvado.

  4. Arrow over and press OK on Norvado Television.

  5. Arrow to Get Channel and press OK. When complete click Go to Channel.

  6. Once open it will ask for the Login & Passphrase, which would have been sent to you via email from Norvado. Enter your Login and Passphrase and your TV should work.
